Christmas and New Year Opening Times

Our Offices will be closed during the holiday period from Thu 22nd December at 5.30pm and reopen on Tuesday 3rd January at 9am.

During the holiday period:

• You can place orders online at www.radiatorsuk.com at any time;
• We have a skeleton staff available to handle sales and customer service enquiries
  • Please call 0845 259 1052. between 10am and 6pm. If lines are busy leave a message and we will endeavour to respond within 4 hours; or
  • Email sales@radiatorsuk.com and we will endeavour to reply within 8 hours;

Our Delivery Service will recommence on 3rd Jan

By Phone - If you wish to phone through your order, please use our online catalogue to choose your fire or fireplace and then phone our sales team on 0845 259 1052. Lines open 9am - 8pm, 7 days a week.

By Email – Some customers prefer to email their orders to us at sales@radiatorsuk.com. However, you would need to complete payment by post or by phone – we strongly recommend that you do not send your credit card details by email.
